Jim Osmundsen always gives his clients a dose of friendly realism. It's his belief that there's no need to sugarcoat things in real estate, because honesty is always the best way to overcome a challenge. With an affinity to get his hands dirty and fix things up, Jim has always been drawn to the hands-on nature of real estate. Since high school he's worked to fix up and turn houses himself and would even make the ads to sell them. Jim held a previous role in product compliance in a corporate environment, but after feeling the structured constraints of a corporate career, Jim now enjoys the flexibility, freedom and excitement that come with working in real estate. As an advocate for his clients, Jim makes it his priority to coach them through the ups and downs that often come with buying or selling a home.
When Jim isn't working, he's diving or tending to the bees he keeps on Martha's Vineyard. The Island community is a large part of his life and he spends much of his time there with family and friends.
